Trails at Oak Mtn

Distance - 14 miles

Route - did two 800 foot ascents in the first four miles. Lots of 30-60 foot inclines on the last 6 miles

Did the whole run on one bottle of water mixed with HEED. Went hypobolic around mile 11 but still made it. Looking forward to taking tomorrow off :)
