Same format as the Mini Tri last Friday. Increased the swim to 500m. Here are my splits:
Swim - 500m

33:03.37 (16.9 mph)

Run - 2.2 miles
14:57.17 (6:47.8 min/mile)
Total - 0:59.50 (11.819 miles)
Had the fastest run split in my class by 3 minutes :). This upcoming week I'll focus on the bike (probably my biggest weakness). 16 days till the race!
